Ingredients:
2 Egg Yolks
1 tablespoons Olivelle Prosecco White Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Olivelle Rainbow Sea Salt
1 cup Olivelle Avocado Oil
Directions:
1. Place egg yolks, vinegar, mustard, and salt in a blender or food processor and blend for 10 seconds.
2. Keeping the blender or processor on low, slowly pour in Avocado Oil through the opening in the lid.
3.Once creamy, scrape out of container and store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to one month.
