Greek Yogurt with Chocolate Raspberry Granola

Ingredients:
2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
1/2 cup Pepitas
1/4 cup Olivelle Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Olivelle Vine-Ripened Raspberry White Barrel Aged Balsamic, plus more for serving
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Olivelle Brownie Batter Sugar Shaker
1/4 teaspoon Olivelle Vanilla Bean Infused Sea Salt
3 oz Dark Chocolate Bar, chopped
Greek Yogurt & Fresh Raspberries, for serving
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. In a bowl combine the first 8 ingredients (oats to Olivelle Vanilla Bean Infused Sea Salt). Lay out in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven until toasted, about 10-15 minutes.
3. Let the granola cool completely then mix in the chocolate chunks.
4. Serve granola with Greek yogurt, fresh raspberries, and a drizzle more of the Olivelle Vine-Ripened Raspberry White Barrel Aged Balsamic.
