Sugared Cranberries
Makes 2 cups

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar, divided
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon Olivelle Lime Fresco Infused Sea Salt

Directions:
1. Rinse cranberries and pat dry. Place them in a heat safe bowl and set aside.
2. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. In a small saucepan over medium low heat, dissolve 1/2 cup sugar in the water, stirring to ensure it has fully dissolved. Remove from heat and pour the liquid over the cranberries. Toss the cranberries to evenly coat, then use a slotted spoon to remove the cranberries from the bowl and place them in a single layer on one of the parchment lined baking sheets. Let them dry for about 30 minutes.
3. Place the remaining cup of sugar and the Olivelle Lime Fresco Infused Sea Salt in a bowl. Once cranberries are dry, work in small batches to toss the cranberries in sugar to evenly coat. Repeat with all of the cranberries, spreading them out on the second parchment lined cookie sheet. Let them sit for another 30 minutes, then serve on top of holiday cakes, pies, or with ice cream!
