Easy No Churn Honeydew Mint Sorbet

Its so hot this summer!!!

The AC has been on full blast for a couple months and we are sick and tired of it. Sometimes people tell us when they are visiting our store that they couldn't move to Pittsburgh because of how cold our winters are. Our winters ARE super cold but our summers are super hot; we can complain about the winter when the time comes. Until then, here is an awesome recipe that we made in the store and will again (come visit usssssss we don't bite).

Cool down with a super easy and refreshing melon and mint sorbet:

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of cubed and frozen honeydew
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup of sweetened & condensed milk

Instructions:

  • cube melon and freeze until solid (2 hours or so)
  • in a food processor, combine the ingredients (all three of them)
  • pulse until blended so that the mixture is smooth and creamy
  • serve immediately or transfer to a freezer container and store up to 6 days

That's it!!!! Look at that, now you're all refreshed and cooled off. Magic.
